Adjustable Rollers for Baguette-Length Shaping

Altuntop’s dough moulder utilizes two or four polyamide rollers that can be adjusted sleeplessly between 0 – 25 mm, according to loaf thickness requirements. While primarily designed for mini baguettes and small tin loaves, the belt supports shaping up to around 420 mm length, allowing consistent baguette dimensions.

Integrated Scraping and Easy-Clean Hygiene

The rollers are equipped with fixed nylon scrapers to prevent dough build-up during operation. Additionally, the adjustable and removable pressing board and stainless-steel conveyor belt simplify cleaning. This design supports high sanitation standards and reduces downtime for maintenance.

Reliable Throughput with Sturdy Construction

Capable of shaping approximately 1,500 to 2,800 pieces per hour (model-dependent), powered by a ~1 hp electric motor and built with stainless steel chain belts. The durable construction ensures consistent output, even under continuous bakery operation.
